Every woman has the right to abortion – Supreme Court of India
The apex court of India, on 29th September 2022 said that all women, including those not married could get an abortion up to 24 weeks. “If you take a careful look at the amended act, it never mentions anything about marriage or married women. So, I personally wonder, what made them file a plea in the apex court”
